What happens to the luggage with Fly & Cruise?
The luggage follows the same flow as on a usual flight. In case of delays or losses, our dedicated staff will support you to ensure a smooth trip.
What happens if the flight company loses my luggage?
We cooperate with Airlines and Airports to trace your luggage in case of handling error by delivering it directly to your cabin. In such case, please inform the LOST & FOUND Office to fill in a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). Note that customs regulations in some countries require you to be present when luggage is returned.
What is the luggage allowance?
It differs according to the destination, flying companies and the type of flight classes selected. Please find below the luggage allowance for each airline we operate with:
- Emirates: baggage Max 30kg
- Easyjet: baggage Max 23kg
